After a long career of 40 years in the Financial Services Industry, Mike combined his passion for travelling and meeting people with his love of wildlife and nature.
Originally from Cape Town where he was born and bred, his career with the Company took him to many cities and towns along the coast before his final transfer and settlement in Port Elizabeth (Gqberha) nearly three decades ago.

As an Qualified Member of the Tour Guide Association working closely with experienced guiding colleagues who can be called upon when needed.
Whether exploring the thickets of Addo Elephant National Park, embarking on a Garden Route adventure, or navigating Cape Town, you are with a group who truly knows and loves these routes.
Beyond the Trails
Mike is a qualified and registered Eastern and Western Cape Provincial guide. He is also an Associate of the Tour Guides Association in Port Elizabeth.
When not showing off the beautiful scenes, animals and other tourist attractions in the area, you will find him looking for “birdies” of another sort at his beloved Port Elizabeth Golf Club
